Enphase systems use a microinverter under each panel. Each microinverter has a status LED, and the IQ Gateway (Envoy on older systems) reports events to Enphase monitoring. LED meanings and event names differ between microinverter generations — each page below lists which models it applies to.
If your Enphase system isn’t reporting production, the issue could involve communication equipment, network connectivity or individual microinverters. Some Enphase events clear on their own once the underlying problem is fixed; others need installer-level troubleshooting. Renew Solar Services can diagnose the problem and restore monitoring when the equipment and account access allow, throughout Nassau and Suffolk County.
