SunPower filed for bankruptcy in 2024, but many Long Island homes still have SunPower systems — often panels with built-in microinverters and a PVS5 or PVS6 monitoring unit. Monitoring for many former SunPower customers now runs through SunStrong Management’s SunStrong Connect app. These pages explain what the alerts mean and where support stands today.
If your SunPower monitoring is offline or panels show red or grey in the app, Renew Solar Services can inspect the equipment, diagnose communication problems and determine the available repair options. We service legacy SunPower systems throughout Nassau and Suffolk County.
